Cosy, comfortable, friendly, peaceful and tasteful. Full of character, but above all a great place to stay either for a short Dartmoor break or as a central base for exploring Devon. Just imagine... Stylish accommodation together with great local food, cooked to your liking by our resident chef. Two separate bars providing real local ales, fine wines, good conversation and of course, roaring log fires to welcome and warm. In the summer months we have a small but perfectly formed courtyard garden to catch the last rays of the evening sun after your day out. Mary, Graham and all the staff will make your holiday special from day one. It is the Devon way, it is our way.
