Hotel Summary

Newby Bridge Hotel is situated on the southern tip of Lake Windermere between Bowness and Ulverston. The hotel has 40 en-suite bedrooms, many with four poster beds and spa baths. Many of the bedrooms overlook the Lake at the front of the hotel or the Mediterranean gardens at the rear. The hotel has a bar/lounge with log fire which overlooks the Lake and where bar meals are served throughout the day. The oak panelled Garden View restaurant serves a three course table d'hote menu each evening which includes vegetables from the hotels Victorian kitchen garden and locally reared meat. The leisure club has a swimming pool, steam room and mini gymnasium. Pets and children are welcome.
