Heather and Ian welcome you to our Victorian guesthouse. Native to this area, we are only too pleased to share our knowledge of Edinburgh and the Lothians with you. Kingsway is quietly situated in the popular south side of the city close to all major attractions. All our rooms are fresh, clean and warm with tastefully well co co-ordinating decor. All rooms have en-suite/ private facilities. Our dining room provides individual tables for breakfast,a chance to sample the Scottish Haggis, private car park to rear of building, rates include, private parking, breakfast, in room tea/coffee tray, room serviced daily. free use of in room t.v. and c.d radio, hairdrier, and electric kettle.
