This family-run, relaxed and friendly B&B is a few minutes’ walk from parks, beaches, shopping areas, restaurants, nightlife and local transport links including South Shields Metro Station. Newcastle Central is a 20-minute drive or train journey away. The A1, A19 and Tyne Tunnel are a 10-minute drive away. There is free car parking right outside and secure cycle parking is available. All rooms at Annie's Guest House have memory-foam mattresses, double-glazed windows with black-out blinds, and free Wi-Fi. Guests can also make use of a flat-screen, satellite TV and tea and coffee-making facilities. A full English breakfast is served from 06:30 every day, freshly cooked to order. Special diets can be catered for, and guests can use the fridge and microwave in Annie's dining room. Single-sex party groups cannot be accommodated (4 people maximum).
