The Athena Guest House is one of the original red brick Victorian detached houses common in the area. Today, the original building has been converted to house 7 comfortable en suite rooms, though it still retains lot of charm and atmosphere. The guest house is just a short distance from the city centre, but remains within easy reach of the city?s ring road. Public transport is readily available, with plenty of buses and taxis available nearby. There is a selection of twin, double, triple and family rooms available, each of which includes a number of small but welcome touches, such as a water filter and a choice of wireless or wired free internet access.
