The hotel still retains many of its period features such as exposed beams and walls as well as its charming stone exterior. It also has a restaurant, laundrette and meeting room. The surroundings are perfect for those who enjoy the great outdoors and rural architecture. The hotel is at the entrance of the Pico de Europa mountain range, 800 metres from the Santuary of Covadonga, 5 km from the stunningly beautiful Covadonga town centre and never far from a unique combination of scenic blues and greens made up by the local countryside and coastline.
